I absolutely loved my experience with Blu and Tevin!! I was going to buy a BMW from another place and Blu offered to show us what the features were going to be in the car that we were looking at and that was very nice of him to do even though I told him up front that I was not going to buy a car! Well I ended buying my first BMW from him!! I’m very happy with my dream car!! Both Tevin and Blu did everything they could for us!! Thank you guys for everything and I’m definitely enjoying my car!!

I’m honestly pretty distraught over how this situation was handled, and I’m trying to express this in a way that’s both fair and understanding. I truly want to start by saying that I’ve always had great experiences with BMW, especially with the dealership in Amarillo. That’s why this situation has been so upsetting to me—it’s not what I’ve come to expect. I brought my vehicle in for what I believed would be routine warranty work, just an oil and brake fluid service. During that visit, I was informed there was a nail in the inside sidewall of my rear tire. I understand that happens, and I didn’t question the need to replace it. What has been difficult for me is what happened next. I explained that the tires were relatively new—only about 10 months old—and had been installed when I purchased the vehicle as a Certified BMW. At the time, I did not understood that these tires came with a 12-month road hazard warranty. Unfortunately, it seems there was a misunderstanding or that detail wasn’t fully considered before moving forward. This place is winning me over. My previous visit was not great, but still good overall. Today, the service was great! Dropped my vehicle off at 8am for an oil change and it was done before 10am. I went back to pick it up around 1130 and I appreciate the friendly service at checkout. The lady was pleasant and smiling and the salesman, Scott was cool with answering all of my random inquiries on some of the vehicles. I’ve always just gone to the BMW dealer in Lubbock, but this is the type of customer service that’ll keep me local.

Kyndra was pleasant and helpful as always. I enjoy working with her. I did have two unpleasant surprises with my tire rotation service. 1. I purchased the tire package when I bought my car in November of 2024. I believed that maintenance such tire rotation would be included. I think that it should be especially as I have had the car less than one year. 2. I did not notice until I returned home that a 3% charge had been added to my bill because I had used a credit card. I believe very strongly that that charge should have been pointed out before the transaction was completed. I had my check book with me and would have happily paid by check.
